About Fabrizio Radice
Radice brings more than 25 years of international leadership across the recycling sector and related industries. His career includes senior management roles at multinational firms spanning automation, life sciences, and high-tech instrumentation, with positions at Philips, FLIR, and Agilent. Most recently, he spent nine years as senior vice president and global head of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at TOMRA Recycling. In that capacity, he led market development, segment management, key-account strategy, and the digital transformation of TOMRA’s marketing organization.
He holds a doctorate in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. His blend of technical knowledge and broad commercial leadership—together with experience directing multi-channel programs—positions him to support Bollegraaf’s next phase of global expansion and to bring the MRF of the future to customers worldwide.
Radice’s track record of building and guiding commercial teams across diverse markets is expected to help Bollegraaf shape its global commercial approach, spanning marketing, service, and product management, and to deliver a unified, customer-focused experience.
