MAC 112XL is an automatic horizontal baler designed to compact and bale any type of C&I (Commercial&Industrial) material, in this video you can see MAC 112XL baling plastic film in Boz plant. Waste is collected and dropped in the tunneling conveyor, compacted in bales, tied up with baling wires and stored to be hauled by truck. The bale size obtained is perfect for transport with the most common methods, such as road, rail and sea transport. Its horizontal tying system can feature 5+3, 5 or 4 wires. We designed a recycling baler that can make higher density of the bales combined with greater production, without requiring excessive effort from the machine. The bailer is equipped with a control panel that allows better management and operation of the process. The hydraulic system adapts to the material to be treated. Macpresse balers are designed and manufactured in Italy, in our factory in Milan. They are certified and comply with quality and safety international standards.
